All appraisals are prepared in conformity with state regulatory requirements, FIRREA, and are subject to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as developed by the Appraisal Foundation, as well as the Standards of Conduct and Code of Ethics of the Appraisal Institute. Members of our team hold the most prestigious designations in our industry including, MAI, FRICS, Esq, and CFA.

These requirements include personal property where the fair values of the identified asset and liability components are valued and allocated to the purchase price subject to ASC Topic 820 and IFRS 3.
