• The CBD has seen four consecutive quarters of decreasing vacancy, dropping 100 bps year-over-year to 5.9%. All Class asking net rental rates increased to $20.30, a $1.78 increase since year-end 2018. This trend is expected to continue as interest in the downtown core remains strong.

• The flexible office space provider, Spaces has leased approximately 55,000 sq. ft. at Zibi with an expected move-in date of Q2 2020. Zibi continues to see strong interest from tenants wanting a live, work, play environment.

• Kanata Class A vacancy decreased 130 bps since last quarter, leaving 2019 year-end vacancy at 3.6%. A large contributor to the decrease in vacancy are two confidential transactions over 20,000 sq. ft.
