  • In Q4 2019, prime rents in Porta Nuova BD have grown to 600 € / sqm / p.a., just like those of the Center which rose to  500 € / sqm /  and p.a. and Semicenter, which rose to 390 € / sqm / p.a. 
  • Investments in the Office sector in Milan have exceeded all records in the quarter, reaching € 2.1 billion as well as in the annual total, with € 3.6 billion invested.
  • The prime yield is down  to 3.30% and the one of good secondary locations to 4.80%.
