Edmonton’s industrial market finished 2019 with year-to-date total absorption of 1,334,079 sq. ft. This is the highest year-end absorption seen in the Edmonton market since 2014.

Strong construction activity continues into 2020 with 2.9 sq. ft. currently under construction in the market. Amazon’s 1.0 million sq. ft. distribution centre in Border Business Park is the largest building under construction in the Edmonton area.
