The Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky industrial market grew past a milestone 300 million square feet mark to start the year.  Q1 2020 had positive net absorption of 642,232 sq. ft.  Lease and sale activity remained strong at 1.4 million sq. ft.  Asking lease rates were steady at $4.37 per sq. ft.  Vacancy climbed just 0.10% quarter-over-quarter.
