The CBRE Institute partnered with CoreNet Global to interview CRE&F leaders from over 100 corporations to gauge the practices that drive enterprise success. The study revealed common themes across a host of strategic and management practices which are driving the success of CRE&F organizations and their respective enterprises.

The Integration Equation: Driving the Next Level of Value for Corporate Real Estate & Facilities

The CBRE Institute looked back at the evolution of the CRE&F function to provide context for the changes we see unfolding now—namely the natural evolution toward more integrated, holistic and outcome-centric delivery models.
