Trever Townsend is a Project Manager who came to CBRE with a diverse portfolio of work including architecture and construction. He has 17 years of design, construction, and management experience ranging from small companies and individuals to high-profile international clients.
His broad range of experience includes development work, hospitality, restaurant, corporate workplace, and retail.
Trever’s keys to successful projects include:
- Building strong rapports with people on all levels spanning from vendors and craftsman to key client contacts and stakeholders
- Combining previous experience in all aspects of architecture and construction
- Being creative to determining the optimal approach to transform concepts into realities with maximum quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary staff and team to keep project on-time and within budget
Prior to joining CBRE, Trever was a senior project manager for a large international architectural firm. There he gained experience working as a multi-disciplinary project manager for corporate, commercial development, retail and hospitality projects. The firm and his projects provided the opportunity to work in smaller markets, as well as large cities including Boston, NYC, San Francisco, and Atlanta. Past projects range from 1,500 SF minor renovations to 120,000 SF redevelopment work.
Trever builds, develops, and directs powerful collaborative working relationships and environments by providing hands-on and remote leadership aligning all parties for maximum results. Being involved in the project from design to construction, and working with multiple disciplines, is what he appreciates most about being a project manager and working for CBRE.
