Tom Pellegrini oversees CBRE’s Client Knowledge Center and is co-Project Manager for the company’s Client Care & Development Program, which enhances CBRE’s systematic ability to develop deep strategic relationships with the company’s largest global clients.
Tom has had extensive management consultant experience for Accenture and two boutique consulting firms and has deep expertise in process architecture development, developing customer and employee satisfaction programs, developing integrated performance measurement systems, and wide ranging process improvement and team facilitation efforts. His clients have included Allianz Life, Raytheon, Fuji Film, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (The Regence Group), Hughes Aircraft, Canadian Airlines, Level 3 Communications and Public Service Gas & Electric of New Jersey.
Tom has also had controller level responsibilities at Warner Bros., Westinghouse and Eneric Petroleum Corporation and has been the CFO for a 100 person logistics and travel company in East Africa.
