Professional Experience

As a Research Analyst at CBRE Chicago, Stephanie DiLorenzo works to analyze real estate and economic data primarily pertaining to the local office market. She is involved in projects focused on local trends across various asset lines and regularly produces publications on the greater Chicago metro. Her responsibilities include maintaining agile workplace, legal sector, and technology databases, which help to provide local and national support to various teams. Additionally, Stephanie provides support to the Sales Management division for the Industrial, Retail, and Land teams. In this role she leads various project initiatives to increase performance for the internal sales team.

Prior to joining the CBRE Chicago team, Stephanie served as a Real Estate Services Administrator for CBRE New York. In this role, she assisted in the general management of a Class A office building located in Midtown Manhattan.
