Professional Experience


Scott Rogers joined CBRE, Inc. in November 2018 as First Vice President and handles retail investment sales and single-tenant investment sales along the Southeast Coast, from Charleston, SC to Jacksonville, FL, including Savannah and the Florida Panhandle. Since 1996, Mr. Rogers has been involved in over $1 billion in investment sales across the Southeast United States, most recently with Colliers International in both Charleston and Jacksonville from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that, he was with Sperry Van Ness in Atlanta and then Charleston from 2001 to 2011 where he was a Vice President of Investment Sales and leader of their Southeast Asset Recovery Team.

In the 1990s, Mr. Rogers was a Vice President with Citibank/Citicorp Real Estate, and prior to that with Landauer Associates, First Fidelity Mortgage Corporation and Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate Advisory Group.
