Professional Experience

Sandy Tsai is a Senior Manager in CBRE’s Workplace practice, based in New York. She has several years of experience enhancing work environments through administrative and design roles.

Sandy brings a diverse range of experience to our team that includes design strategy, human resources and media strategy.  Since joining CBRE, she has led several change management projects such as Credit Suisse, United and Willis Tower Watson - all range in the levels of engagement necessary to provide a successful project. Her passion is to ensure those impacted by change can adjust, succeed and thrive in their new environments.

Prior to CBRE, Sandy worked at Gensler in the New York office within the Workplace Strategy group on a range of services that comprised of developing and project managing design standard solutions, change management communications and other related workplace projects. In the years before the design world, she was also a HR Generalist at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) creating a robust wellness programs and communications firm wide.
