Upon his transition into commercial real estate, he has become a retail real estate expert handling leasing, investment-sales, acquisitions, 1031 transactions, valuation, business brokerage and tenant representation. While also successful in the sale and leasing of medical, industrial, office, land, multifamily, and other commercial investment property types, Sam primarily focuses on retail real estate. For tenants/buyers, Sam provides a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and Total Market Overview of all properties and assists in the procurement of commercial spaces while considering factors such as price, zoning restrictions, permitting, demographics, traffic counts, and build-out requirements (where applicable).
In addition to his success in property sales and investments, Sam has also successfully represented and transacted in commercial real estate lease transactions with numerous international, national, and regional retail tenants such as Shakey's Pizza, Orangetheory Fitness, Honeymee, Burgerim, Goa Tacos, Al & Ed's Autosound, T-Mobile, and Subway - just to name a few.

In his free time, Sam loves to explore new locales for mountain biking or snowboarding. He also loves to explore new cultures through their individual & unique cuisines.
