Philippe has been working in the property sector since 2007 and started his career with CBRE, where he worked for 3 years in the office sector. He then spent four years gaining experience in area development as sales manager at Schiphol Area Development Company. Here he acquired considerable know-how and experience in the logistics real estate sector and in area and property development. Philippe returned to CBRE in 2013, joining the Industrial & Logistics department, where he primarily concentrates on initiating and assisting in processes for area and property development on behalf of end-users.
