Ned Torian is a leading producer and a 40-year veteran of the real estate brokerage business in Houston, Texas. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate, Ned has brokered more than $700 million in transactions and has represented private investors from 10 countries. Prior to joining CBRE, Ned served as a co-founder of Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties.
During his time with Crosswell Torian, Ned closed the sale of the 6,011-acre Longenbaugh Foundation property located in northwest Harris County. At the time of the sale, it was the largest single land transaction in Harris County’s history.
He has been named one of Houston’s Heavy Hitters by the Houston Business Journal and was also honored as Broker of the Year in 2002 by McDade, Smith, Gould, Johnston + Company.
