Mark Redlingshafer specializes in the disposition/acquisition, leasing and site selection for users and investors of industrial properties in Houston, Texas.
In this role, Mark is responsible for developing relationships with a diverse set of clients that include private investors, lenders, REITS and pension fund advisors. Mark is involved in all aspects of the investment sales and lease transaction process, including marketing the team’s assignments and developing a strategy that position offerings, which includes coordinating the financial underwriting, due diligence processes and providing timely feedback for the team’s clients.
During his tenure at CBRE, Mark has developed a strong understanding of the investment sales process and has advised clients on transactions totaling more than $500 million.
