Lenny Beaudoin co-leads the Workplace practice at CBRE with specific responsibilities to oversee the global team and strategy for the platform.
Lenny has more than 18 years of consulting experience in the field of workplace consulting and strategic facility planning. A recognized leader in the industry, Lenny has worked on engagements in a wide range of markets and industries giving him an informed perspective of leading global trends in workplace delivery.
He and his team are at the forefront of creating. As the founder of the practice, Lenny has built a team of real estate experts, organizational researchers, space designers, change managers, and occupancy planners who help organizations think differently about their workplace. They are guided by a mission to make the experience of work better by more thoughtfully understanding how people work and what they need to create value.
Lenny is based in New York but supports projects across the US and around the world. He has extensive knowledge in the financial services sector. His recent clients include Citadel, HSBC, Schroders Investments, City National Bank, TD Bank, Synovus, and AIG. Other notable clients outside of financial services include The Coca-Cola Company, Dun & Bradstreet, and National Basketball Association.
