Laura Taylor is a member of the 18-person DFW Advisory and Transaction Services team. The Team is nationally recognized by CBRE for delivering world-class, portfolio-wide advisory and transaction services exclusively to corporate occupiers, through dedicated resources, the CBRE corporate platform and a proven track record. Ms. Taylor is a Senior Transaction Manager and is primarily responsible for the Team’s lease review process, which includes incorporation of business and legal points within the transaction documentation process - from the initial proposal through lease execution. She also acts as liaison between clients’ in-house and outside legal counsel, brokers, Landlords and the Team to expedite the transaction process, driving exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Ms. Taylor is a licensed attorney with an emphasis in commercial real estate. She joins the DFW Advisory and Transaction Services team from her previous role with CBRE as a Senior Transaction Manager on the Sprint GWS account. While on the Sprint account, Laura managed the leases for Sprint’s international commercial offices, played a key role in managing the transition of 360 Radio Shack Corporation leases to Sprint leases, and was responsible for managing the lease renewals for over 800 retail stores. Her role has included large project oversight, group management and overseeing renewals which resulted in over $3 million in Expiring Rent reductions for Sprint in just two years.
