Professional Experience

Jodi Norgren is a Program Manager within CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group, responsible for Carlson Companies corporate headquarters campus in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Carlson Hospitality Worldwide Omaha, Nebraska campus’ Facilities Planning and Design department (FP&D). Jodi leads the day-to-day project management operations and occupancy services for the account. She works closely with Carlson’s leadership team to provide strategic space planning and project management services to ensure the work environment consistency meets and exceeds needs. She also works closely with Carlson’s finance department to perform annual space allocations, data analysis for lease negotiations and to manage the facilities capital and the project management-operating budget. Jodi joined CBRE in 2013 and has over 13 years of FP&D experience.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jodi spent 19 years working directly for Carlson. During this time, she played a key role in numerous data analysis and strategic planning projects for campus-wide space reduction initiatives, as well as lease negotiations. She managed the facilities systems team; which entailed managing the CAFM and CAD systems, being the system technical liaison, completing system upgrades, troubleshooting software/licensing issues, training team members on the software and providing ad hoc reporting. She also managed the facilities systems team’s operating budget and completed facilities strategic space planning and project management.
