Jesse Garson Zarouk has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team as executive vice president. Based in the firm’s Century City and El Segundo offices, Mr. Zarouk will enhance the team’s capabilities in the large loan space in the Southern California market, with the aim of growing business across all product types.
An accomplished professional with extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate lending market, Mr. Zarouk has placed in excess of $4 billion in commercial real estate loans collateralized by all asset types, with a focus on structured finance transactions above $20 million. Reporting to Jeff Majewski, he will also collaborate with CBRE Capital Markets’ El Segundo based Institutional sales team to provide support to clients and expand the group’s presence throughout various real estate classes and sectors.

Mr. Zarouk joins CBRE from Cantor Commercial Real Estate where he most recently served as managing director in their Los Angeles office. During his seven year tenure at CCRE, he covered many of the firm’s high-profile clients and spearheaded business development efforts across the western region. Prior to CCRE, he spent six years at Credit Suisse in their Real Estate Finance and Securitization group, in both their New York and Los Angeles offices.
Mr. Zarouk received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he majored in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
