Jason Lott has over 20 years of impressive experience in commercial real estate . Over his career, Mr. Lott has worked in multiple markets, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington DC, before settling in New Mexico in 2006. Mr. Lott has a strong focus on office leasing and landlord representation in the New Mexico market.
As a detail-oriented professional determined to improve the bottom line and increase the value of an asset, Mr. Lott expertly guides CBRE clients in reaching their commercial real estate goals. His strategic vision, institutional understanding of client needs, and history of solving complex problems provide results for each project he is involved with. His skill set features all facets of commercial office leasing, including marketing, complex lease negotiations, managing investor and lender relationships and coordinating tenant improvements and development.
Prior to CBRE he worked as Vice President of leasing for three of the largest private and publicly traded office developers in the country. In his most recent capacity he was responsible for new leasing and renewals for all of the office and multi-use assets for New Mexico’s largest owner of commercial buildings. In New Mexico alone Mr. Lott has been involved with over three million square feet of office space being leased and developed.
