Professional Experience

Jarrett Annenberg joined CBRE, Inc. in 2010 as an Associate and has quickly risen to become one of CBRE’s youngest Senior Vice Presidents in the country having completed more than three million square feet of deals for a total value consideration of more than $400 million dollars.

Jarrett specializes in managing global real estate portfolios for high-growth technology/digital media companies and corporate headquarter relocations in Chicago. His passion for working with start-ups and creative firms has made him one of the market’s go-to experts on creative workspace. In 2015, he worked with 20% of Crain’s Coolest Office winners such as Tie Bar, Cards Against Humanity, Bucketfeet and Chicago Scholars Foundation.

Jarrett has developed an expertise in delivering real estate strategies for firms that are planning for rapid expansion, while still being cost conscious on real estate expenditures. This is a delicate balancing act, but his track record of success demonstrates why so many young, expanding firms consider him to be a valuable part of their growth strategies. His age is a benefit in most cases, as many of his clients are young entrepreneurs who relate to him as a peer and partner.
