Jamie Edwards is a Senior Business Analyst for a 16-person Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services team in Dallas, TX. Jamie supports the Regus/CBRE Alliance account team and is responsible for tracking demand channel referral activity and revenue generated across the globe, coordinating our internal Regus/CBRE Alliance national marketing campaigns and creating client facing collateral to market Regus to large multi-market corporate clients. She works closely with the Alliance team leaders, providing high level financial analysis via a proprietary Portfolio Optimization Model created by CBRE to compare current client portfolio occupancy costs to a Regus Enterprise Solution.
Jamie has more than 20 years of experience in a diverse range of commercial real estate positions. Prior to joining CBRE, she was a Senior Property Manager with RREEF Management and UCR where she successfully managed a $150 million retail portfolio and was consistently among the top rated teams in tenant satisfaction.
