Professional Experience

Eric Schultz joined CBRE as a sales assistant in July of 2013. Schultz specializes in user/tenant representation and office leasing. Schultz partners with Luke Walker, senior vice president and David Carder, senior vice president. Schultz’s background includes expertise in college athletics, fundraising and event management.

Schultz previously worked for the Blue & Gold Fund Assistant at Marquette University. In his role, Schultz is responsible for running the weekly acknowledgement program as well as assisting the Blue & Gold Fund with special events, daily operations and assigned special projects.

Prior to this time in Milwaukee, Schultz worked as an event manager for the University of New Mexico Athletic Department, where he oversaw the football, men's and women's basketball club and suite areas for Lobo game days. In addition to his event management duties with the Lobos, Schultz served as the graduate assistant for the Lobo Club, the development arm of UNM Athletics. He was also the public address announcer for baseball, softball, and men's and women's soccer. Prior to his stint in Albuquerque, Schultz spent two seasons as the assistant video coordinator for the Iowa State football team.

A native from Beaver Dam, Wis., Schultz was a scholarship athlete at Iowa State University as a tight end on the Cyclone football team. In 2009, he received his bachelor's degree in communication studies. He earned his master's of science from New Mexico in 2010.

Eric resides in Scottsdale with his wife Kadi.
