Kelly Jo Sunday performs a role within Quality and Risk Management for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services specifically within CBRE’s Seniors Housing & Care specialty practice. Specializing in the seniors housing sector for the past few years, Kelly Jo has reviewed over $5 billion in aggregate valuation and consulting assignments throughout the U.S. 

Services provided include third-party valuations, operational due diligence, asset management, market studies, and feasibility analyses of single-asset to large portfolio transactions. Clients served include a broad base of lenders, local and national investment firms, development and operating companies, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies and REITs. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Kelly Jo has also worked extensively with other asset classes including multifamily, office, industrial and hospitality through a fifteen-year career in real estate accounting and finance. During this time, Kelly Jo provided accounting and finance oversight for portfolios with an excess of $11 billion assets under management, including responsibility for valuation and audited financial statements. Kelly Jo began her career in Audit and Assurance Services at Deloitte.
