Craig Cardall is a Real Estate Manager for the CBRE Salt Lake City office. His portfolio consists of approximately 375,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space in Salt Lake and Utah counties. Craig has a passion for sensible sustainability and is currently a member of the CBRE Green Knights, a group of volunteers who dedicate time to assist facilities in their efforts to go green and meet CBRE sustainability standards. Craig received the 2010 CBRE Asset Service Leader of the Year and the 2009 Sustainability Leader of the Year awards for the Salt Lake City market for his achievements in benchmarking and reducing energy consumption. He was able to successfully reduce energy consumption at 515 Tower by 20% over two years.
Previously, Craig spent 10 years in the construction industry working in various trades including framing, concrete finishing, roofing, finish carpentry, plumbing, flooring installation and landscaping.
