Professional Experience

Carol leads the day-to-day operations of the General Services Administration account headquartered in the McLean, VA CBRE office.  She is responsible for delivering both transaction management and project management services to a multitude of federal government agencies throughout the United States.

As the GSA Director, Carol leads a multi-disciplined team of eight real estate professionals with expertise in transaction management and negotiations, tenant build out project management, financial analysts and data base specialists. She is responsible for overall service delivery including contract compliance and performance measurement.

Carol has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience in many aspects of the industry:  asset management, acquisition and mortgage lending, development and corporate lease administration.  Prior to CBRE, she was with Prudential Insurance Company of America, ASB Capital Management, WVS Companies and Trammell Crow Company.

She has an M.B.A. from the Colgate Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a Masters of City Planning from the Campbell School of Architecture at the University of Virginia.  She earned her B.A. in American Studies from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, VA.
