Professional Experience

Brandon Feighner is Vice President with over a decade of experience in the Los Angeles office of PKF Consulting, a national consulting firm specializing in the hospitality and real estate industries. PKF Consulting USA is a division of the CBRE Group (NYSE:CBRE), the largest real estate services firm in the World. Headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles, the firm has offices in Atlanta, Boston, Bozeman, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. 
With PKF, Mr. Feighner conducts market feasibility studies, valuations, economic impact studies, tourism and destination analyses, property tax appeals, and provides asset management and litigation support services. His industry experience includes hotels, resorts, spas, fractional ownership, condo hotels, and convention centers. He has worked closely with public REITS, private equity firms, all major sources of debt financing, and numerous municipalities and public agencies. Additionally Mr. Feighner has worked with various governmental entities in tourism and hospitality real estate issues. In more than a decade with PKF Consulting, he has worked extensively in Southern California, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Hawaii.
Prior to joining PKF he attended the Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to enrolling at the Collins College, Mr. Feighner worked for Hilton Hotels in Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa. He has spoken at industry events in the region, and is regularly quoted in local and national media on hospitality and tourism topics. He is a member of various professional and community organizations, including serving as Treasurer of the Collins Hospitality Society for the Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.‚Äč
