Brandon and his team are the experts in ground up and adaptive reuse opportunities. Some of their more notable disposition transactions include Broadway Trade Center, Home Depot/Food 4 Less, Commercial Exchange Building and Case Hotel.
Currently, Brandon is engaged in the leasing of the most identifiable creative buildings in Los Angeles: The Bradbury, One Bunker Hill, 818 West 7th Street, Chase Plaza and the Broadway Media Center.
