In the last five years, Bill’s involvement in over 1.1 billion square feet of transactional space has consisted of high-profile assignments with institutional clients in the financial services, technology and biotech, public utilities and public agency sectors.
Bill has developed effective strategic plans and feasibility studies, brokered local and worldwide property transactions, and coordinated consultant teams on tightly-run projects. Through a series of high-level, mission-critical assignments, Bill has accumulated one of the most robust understandings of real estate strategy in the San Diego market. Bill participates on Boards of Directors and Roundtables where he supports the development of business strategies and identification of revenue growth opportunities and has a keen understanding of the challenges of achieving success in very competitive environments.
