Angela Gentry is Senior Director-Solutions Leader, with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier business. Based in New York, she is responsible for supporting and expanding the one-off and broker-led account business in the Northeast and Retail Occupier business nationally.
Partnering with occupier professionals, she thrives at driving new business pursuits, framing & analyzing business problems, developing recommendations, and driving client focused solutions for corporate headquarters and portfolios.
Joining CBRE in 2003, Angela’s track record of success spans the country. Beginning in Chicago, through her focus on new business development, she and her team became one of the most respected in the company known for its creative solutions and highly skilled team.
Heading west in 2011 to run the company’s Greater Los Angeles and Orange County marketing, she streamlined the in-house team and was best defined by her successful leadership of key new business presentations including the winning pursuit of The Los Angeles Times. Angela’s road to CBRE began in media and journalism. She began her career as an assistant producer for a syndicated television talk show. Recognizing her passion for writing, she then made the move to Real Estate Chicago magazine, where she got her commercial real estate roots as a writer and assistant editor.
