From selling boutique hotel and condo conversions, to representing corporate tenants and major office landlords, Mr. Tashjian has played a leading role in the renaissance of DTLA and continues to shape its future as the city emerges from the capital markets crisis.
A native of Southern California, Mr. Tashjian has a unique understanding of the political and socioeconomic factors that unlock value. He is a skilled communicator and uses his background in journalism, as well as extensive international experience, to cut through, clarify and capture the essence of his client’s needs. Mr. Tashjian is an Eagle Scout. He is a member of the Jonathan Club, and he speaks fluent Haitian Creole. He is also well versed in public relations and currently oversees a creative office portfolio of nearly two million square feet.
