Allison Olszta brings 12 years of commercial real estate experience to her role as Vice President of CBRE's Downtown Agency Leasing Team. Over the span of her real estate career, Allison has been involved in more than 30 buildings across all of the five major Chicago submarkets. Allison's experience ranges from high profile Class A buildings to creative loft properties to new developments. Allison Olszta has successfully completed over 3.7 million square feet in leasing transactions at CBRE.

Allison's expertise in repositioning buildings and raising overall occupancy consistently increases returns for her clients. Her ability to respond strategically and proactively to deliver better outcomes is demonstrated in her accomplishments over the past five years. Allison has negotiated over 350 successful deals, totaling 2.6 million SF of office space. During this period, Allison has completed over $162 million in lease transaction value by maintaining strong relationships with her clients, tenants, management, and the brokerage community.

Allison currently represents 65 E Wacker Place, 33 W Grand, 720 N Franklin, 405 W Superior, 1033 W Van Buren, 600 W Fulton, 1460 N Halsted and the new Illinois Medical District Development 'Gateway Offices'.

Prior to joining the Landlord Representation Group, Allison began her career in CBRE's Research Department specializing in office market research. Allison identified trends in absorption and vacancy throughout the Chicagoland area. Allison's extensive background in statistical and analytical market research is a substantial asset to her client's business objectives.
