Alero Ogbuagu is a Senior Consultant with the Global Workplace Strategy Group and works with corporate clients across a range of industries to deliver workplace strategies, portfolio optimization and occupancy management solutions. Alero also has extensive experience in developing client spatial requirement models, briefs and concepts for HQ and office relocations and adoption of AWS programmes, providing detailed analysis of current and projected supply vs. demand for space and recommending new space standards guidelines to support portfolio optimization strategies.
Alero has a special focus on the management of integrated occupancy services for clients to support their global portfolios. She is responsible for the implementation of space management systems, and the development of bespoke tools, processes and playbooks to support the delivery of the ongoing integrated service delivery ensuring inclusion of CBRE and Industry best practices and required coordination of services from portfolio strategic planning, tactical space and moves management service delivery through to space data management to meet organizationally-specific portfolio requirements.
She has most recently managed the implementation and roll out of a space management system for Nokia Siemens Network for their 15million sqft global portfolio, and is responsible for the development of bespoke models for the delivery of integrated Occupancy Management services for CBRE EMEA Clients to support their regional and global portfolio.
