Professional Experience

Adam Kohler joined CBRE as Executive Vice President in 2013 when CBRE acquired Fameco Real Estate, where he had been a Principal of the firm. Previously, he had joined Fameco Real Estate in 2004 with the merger of his own firm, Kohler Group, with Fameco. Adam has specialized in retail real estate for over 23 years.

Adam acted as Head of Fameco’s Landlord Leasing Department and, in an unofficial capacity at CBRE, continues to offer oversight and leadership in Agency Leasing. Over the past decade he has primarily focused on representing property owners and developers among a broad range of asset types including enclosed malls, power centers, community and neighborhood centers and freestanding buildings. Further, he has represented national retailers in the disposition of company-owned and surplus property.
