Leah Masson joined CBRE in 2015 and specializes in office leasing, advisory and transaction services for landlords.
Leah began her career at CBRE in the research department, where she built up a strong foundation through statistical analysis of market data and writing quarterly market publications for the Seattle Office sector. Leah’s extensive market knowledge, strong work ethic and ability to understand a client’s needs have helped her build reputable relationships throughout the business community as part of one of Seattle’s top landlord teams.
Prior to joining CBRE, Leah spent three years in outside sales and account management. This on-the-ground experience has transferred over to her current position, and has proven invaluable in her role on the team.
Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boise State University. She was a member of the Boise State Collegiate athletic team, and competed on the Division I Cross County and Track and Field teams.
With a strong knowledge of the Seattle office market, Leah has been successful in leasing spaces to a wide array of tenants. When representing landlords, her market intelligence and tenant perspectives have proven effective in filling building vacancies.
