Dr. Barkham explains why the overall outlook on real estate is positive and how the quantitative easing packages and US interest rates will impact appetite for the industry. He mentioned that investors preferred gateway cities, but they are now moving to second-tier cities to acquire property. As recovery broadens and deepens, especially in the US, job growth and economic activity boosts these second-tier cities.
